Transformation begins with the mind. The way we think, the habits we form and the beliefs we hold determine the quality of our lives. A rule of the mind is that it can only think one thought at a time and you get to choose what that thought will be!! Tell yourself what you would like to hear someone say about you. Be your own best friend! Give yourself permission to feel good about yourself.
Simple 6 is the “HOW TO” immediately move into feeling better about yourself and your life. No matter what is going on in your world, you always have the power to choose your attitude.
“HOW TO” remove those destructive feelings from the toxic stories you tell yourself everyday so you can step into your own version of positivity. Positivity brightens your mood and energizes your body as you acknowledge all the good you have in your life.
“HOW TO” replace that critical judgmental voice of shame, blame, guilt, finding fault in yourself and others by embracing gratitude for everything in your life, expanding appreciation and acceptance of yourself and others.
What you tell yourself matters! Be kind, loving, and supportive in your thoughts about yourself and others.
